RETURN AND EXCHANGE OVERVIEW
All of Shorelys merchandise is hand selected and tested for quality purposes. Shorelys is committed to customer satisfaction. We want to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, Shorelys offers a 30-day return/exchange period.
IMPORTANT
- Returned and exchanged items must be in 100% resalable condition (unworn, unused, and undamaged)
- Timeframe begins at original purchase date
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated from www.Shorelys.com
RETURN A PRODUCT
- If your item(s) meets the criteria above, please email the Shorelys Support Team at info@shorelys.com
- In your email, please provide your
- Full name
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reasons for return
- As soon as we receive your email with the correct information stated above, Shorelys will provide you with a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return your items.
- Print the label from your computer and drop your package off at the nearest USPS shipping location
- Once the product is reviewed by the Shorelys Team, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during checkout
- Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to clear
- Keep in mind original shipping charges will not be included in the refund.

- Reasons for exchange
- Shorelys will then complete your review. Keep in mind that YOU will be responsible for the cost of shipping of the product to Shorelys.
- Shorelys is not responsible for returned products lost in transit
- We always encourage the use of reliable shipping services that have tracking information such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL
- When all items have been received, the Shorelys Team will ship the new item(s) back to you.
